eventually - a dream comes true - i made it to the Island of St Kilda -- and got proposed to !

Situated 50 miles from the West Coast of Scotland out in the ocean in the middle of nowhere. St Kilda sustained a certain way of Island life for many generations that ended sadly in 1930 when 36 old and young left the island.

But still amongst the hills and ruins, the sea birds and seals call you, the wind whistles through your hair and you can see for endless miles around.                AND it is where Andrew proposed to me!
